A brownie a day keeps the fat away!

Ok so that’s is not scientifically proven but there is truth behind it!

How you make ask? Well it comes down to this simple notion. I love brownies. Seriously though, it’s all natural ingredients baked into a yummy goodness of chocolate delight!

How does that have anything to do with weight loss or keeping weight off?

Number one it comes down to quality of food. Number two it’s about enjoying your food. It is so important that you know the ingredients in what you eat. Not just macronutrients or calorie counts. But the basic ingredients. Are they plant based or organic. Are there dies or chemicals? These are important. The more toxic the food the hard it will be for the body to digest. Also will put more strain on your liver, gut, and kidneys. Excess stress can cause a Lowe immune system, increased desire to eat, and increased cortisol levels (thus will cause your metabolism to slow not good)

Now when it comes to enjoying your food. This is such a simple concept but worth heaps of joy and benefits in your life! Once you find high qualities foods, enjoy them!

If a wheatgrass, kale, pea protein, mango smoothie is not up your alley, your mind is literally going to convince your body that it is being poisoned. Ok maybe not that far but pretty close to it! All those super foods in there will practically be wasted and you going to feel crappy that you had to swallow that down. However is a organic grass fed burger on an ancient grain roll with fresh veggies and some baked or steam veggies sounds doable. Then undoubtedly your body (and tummy) are going to be so much happier! Find the huh quality of the foods you love and enjoy meal time! Stop beating yourself up over calorie counts, bad foods ( food is not the enemy toxins are!), or comparing your plate to others.

Eating is a very personal choice and our body’s want and need different things. Heck God gave this Earth so much beauty, delicious flavors and foods! Go out and enjoy it! Now I’m going to go eat a brownie. Yum 😉
